What uses credits?
Credits are used when Saina’s AI reads the recorded work to evaluate a policy rule or procedure step, such as whether a conversation was transferred when requested. The amount depends on how much each check reads. Checks based only on fields or deadlines use no credits.
Studio estimates the credits needed before a paid check starts, and you can set a limit. For example, if your preview estimates 2 credits per case, a batch of 1,000 cases would use about 2,000 credits.
If you connect your own AI provider, they bill you directly; those checks use no Saina credits.

Top-ups start at $5 and are bought in Saina Studio under Billing; your plan sets how many credits a top-up buys. Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time; you keep the plan until the month ends. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may apply.
